Shipping Process & Procedure

⤇ Product(s) are dispatched from our warehouse to third party courier services. All products(s) are examined at our warehouse facility before they are dispatched to our customers. We use third party courier services (eg: REDX , Pathao ) that deliver parcel(s) to our customer(s).

⤇ We provide home delivery throughout Bangladesh. Additionally , over 87,000 villages are covered by our delivery service.

Our Delivery Option

Standard Delivery:

⤇ Dhaka city standard delivery charge 60 Taka only.Delivery Time within 48h.

⤇ Out Side Dhaka City delivery charge 120 Taka. Delivery Time 2-3 business day.

Dhaka City Same Day Express Delivery:

⤇ Same Day Delivery Charge 150 Taka. For same day express delivery you have to place order before 11:30 AM. Otherwise after 11:30 AM the order will be mark as next day same express day delivery. Example : If you want a same day delivery on 1 January, so you must have to place order before 11:30 AM on 1 January.
We offer deliveries between 3 PM and 9 PM. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time within this window, but your order will arrive at some point during these hours.

Dhaka City Super Express Delivery Within 5 Hours (SED) :

Coverage areas -

Super Express Delivery (SED) is available for select areas within Dhaka City. After adding your delivery address you'll find " Select Delivery Type (*Optional) ". > Check the "Super Express Delivery ". Some of the delivery coverage areas are:

⤇ Dhaka City Super Express Delivery Within 5 Hours (SED) charge will apply based on your delivery location. but start with 120 Taka for short location. Shopping over 12,000 BDT Super Express Delivery Within 3 Hours charge is free ( offer and promotion sales are not valid for this offer).

⤇ We offer deliveries between 12 PM and 8 PM. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time within this window, but your order will arrive at some point during these hours.

⤇ *** All Of those delivery timeframe is merely an estimate ( exclude - SED ), so please count the days as working days. It may change based on the situation. Force majeure events such as political unrest, political events, national/public holidays/official holiday(s), pandemics, Bad weather, Other unforeseen circumstances, etc. May cause delivery delays, as well as supplier and logistic partner delays.
